JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 23.2.2018, seeks bail in Ariyari (Kasar) PS Case No. 204 of 2017 registered under Sections 323, 341, 448, 307, 324 and 504/34 of the IPC. The allegation in brief is that the accused persons were abusing the informant side and the petitioner is said to have assaulted over head of the informant by sword causing injury. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that both sides are co-villagers, quarrel took place on trivial issue, the allegation is exaggerated by the informant, the corresponding injuries have been found to be simple in nature and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Kundan Raut @ Kundan Kumar Raut is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM Sheikhpura in connection with Ariyari (Kasar) PS Case No. 204 of 2017.
