The petitioner is in custody in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 105 of 2019 for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he is alleged to have indulged in keeping the theft motorcycle. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.04.2019. He further submits that the motorcycle was recovered from the back side of the house of the petitioner and as such he has been made accused in the instant case Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-
