The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maker P.S. Case No. 197 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections 457, 380 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has been named in the confessional statement of co-accused Suraj Sah, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.

In case the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, the court below will consider the petition for regular bail
