2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 379, 354(B), 504, 448, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including these petitioners assaulted the informant and his wife by means of lathi, danda, sword and farsa as a result of which informant sustained grievous injuries.
