====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 01-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 506, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 154 of 2014.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated and the F.I.R.

was instituted on 11.07.2014 for the alleged occurrence of 10.07.2014. In any event the accusations against petitioner nos. 3 and 4 are general in nature. They are ladies having no criminal antecedent.

4. Having regard to the gravity of the offence and the nature of accusations against the petitioner nos. 1

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36916 of 2014 (2) dt.01-04-2015 and 2, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner nos. 1 and 2. Hence the bail petition of petitioner nos. 1 and 2 is rejected.

5. As regards petitioner nos. 3 and 4, the accusations are general in nature, in the event of the petitioner nos. 3 and 4's arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner nos. 3 and 4 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 154 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
