JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 27.08.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Section 20b of the NDPS Act. From the possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol but at the instance of the petitioner, the house of Kundan Yadav was searched when 12 cartridges and about 350400 gms ganja were recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that Kundan Yadav has been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 53469 of 2015. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56467 of 2015 (2) dt.14-12-2015 2/2 petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 3rd Addl. Sessions Judge cu Special Judge, Purnea in connection with Special Case No. 04 of 2015 arising out of Janki Nagar P.S. Case No. 105 of 2015.
