The present petition has been filed by the wife of the opposite party for transferring the Matrimonial Case No. 247 of 2015 from the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Madhubani to the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Darbhanga.

The grounds set forth in the petition is not sufficient to persuade the Court for transferring the case since matrimonial case

Patna High Court MJC No.674 of 2016 (2) dt.09-01-2017 2/2 is in relation to restitution of conjugal right. I do not find any ground to pass any favourable order. The petition stands dismissed.
