The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kahalgaon (Rasalpur) P.S. Case No.375 of 2020 for offences under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that the petitioner is a lady and she has been falsely implicated by the informant along with her family members and the allegation against her is general and omnibus. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a female, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees
