JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-04-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Mahila Bhabua P.S.Case No. 18 of 2018 registered under Sections 376/34 of the Indian penal Code and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act.

Allegation in brief is that petitioner, on the promise of getting married to the informant, sexually exploited her and later on married and started living together but not accepting her as wife.

Submission is that girl is major and she was putting pressure for marriage and allegation is that petitioner married with the prosecutrix but not accepting her as wife. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Guddu Bind @ Arvind Kumar, is
