JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-12-2022 In pursuance to the order dated 03.11.2022, passed by this Court, a counter affidavit has been filed by the District Magistrate, Rohtas, wherein it has been stated that the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 has been passed on 23.07.2021, by the Circle Officer, Suryapure, District- Rohtas, in connection with Encroachment case no. 01 of 2021-22, hence, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the afore-said order dated 23.7.2021 by filing an Appeal. Liberty so sought, is granted. It is needless to state that in case, appropriate appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered by the appellate authority on merits and a
