The petitioners are named in the first information report on the accusation that they along with other FIR named accused persons kidnapped the informant's minor daughter but according to prosecution case itself, the alleged occurrence took place on 30.05.2011 whereas the informant filed the complaint case on 11.01.2012. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation one co-accused, Md. Jamil, has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court. Considering the facts aforesaid and submission of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2687 of 2016 (2) dt.29-01-2016 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S. case No.69 of 2012.
