JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 23-02-2016 Although allegations are being made that the voter list contains irregularities and that the ward-wise voter list contains voters of different wards but the foundational facts are missing and there are no evidence to support such allegation. The petitioner also raises grievance that their wards have been changed but again the facts are missing.

In the circumstances the only direction / liberty which

Patna High Court CWJC No.3756 of 2016 (2) dt.23-02-2016 this Court can give to the petitioners is to permit them to raise their grievance before the District Magistrate, Patna along with supportive documents certifying their wards and which grievance of the petitioners shall be considered and disposed of by the District Magistrate, Patna in accordance with law.
