For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Anuj Kumar For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. T.N. Thakur (App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named on the accusation that he committed gang rape on the informant and the prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court and, therefore, I do not find any new ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
Accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Baligawn P.S. Case no.85 of 2014 stands rejected. However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
