The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/307/353/504 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/26(ii) of the Arms Act.

A country-made pistol was recovered by the police from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 14.07.2017. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent. Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of one year of custody if the trial is not concluded in the meantime on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty
