====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE S. KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-04-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364(A), 120 B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, the informant stated that on 30.08.2020 at about 2:00 P.M. his son was kidnapped and after sometime a ransom call was made from mobile no. 7352806100 demanding rupees one crore.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are not named in the FIR and their name came in confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 04.09.2020.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5818 of 2021(2) dt.15-04-2021 2/2 From perusal of impugned order, it appears that witnesses have supported the factum of kidnapping and the victim boy has identified the petitioners in T.I.P. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as nature of allegation levelled against the petitioners, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail at this stage. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioners are, hereby, rejected. (S. Kumar, J) shahzad/- U T
