The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Sections 417, 418, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is named in the FIR and according to the prosecution case he was caught along with others but submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that having more or less similar allegation co-accused Mantu @ Raj Kumar and some others have already been granted privilege of bail. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57401 of 2015 (2) dt.21-12-2015 2/2 bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Manoj Kumar- V, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna, in Gardanibagh P.S.Case No. 366 of 2015.
