2. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 09.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58623 of 2023 for extension of the period of provisional bail for a further period of six months.
3. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the provisional bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 09.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.58623 of 2023 is extended for further six months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order in connection with Nawada
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54173 of 2024(2) dt.09-08-2024 2/2 Town P.S. Case No. 459 of 2022, subject to deposit of sum of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) each in the Victim Compensation Fund.
4. The order dated 09.01.2024 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
5. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
