JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT 20-08-2015 Learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Accountant General are present. Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State-respondents in which it is stated that pursuant to the petitioner having earlier moved the Court in C.W.J.C. No. 1871 of 2010 and the matter being disposed off by the Lok Adalat of the High Court on 01.05.2010 on the terms that the petitioner shall file a representation before the authority who had to decide, a decision was taken and communicated to the Accountant General in December, 2011. Today, learned counsel for the Accountant General submits that in January, 2012 itself, the authorization for payment of pension and gratuity has been issued in favour of the petitioner. It appears that since the authorization has been
Patna High Court CWJC No.9505 of 2011 (4) dt.20-08-2015 2/2 issued after filing of the writ petition, the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the matter.
