Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences under section 448, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Contention on behalf of the petitioner is that having similar allegation co-accused Manobal Yadav has already been granted the privilege of bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.01.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 47396 of 2014. It is further pointed out that co-accused Jai Kishore Yadav, who happens to be the order giver, has also been granted the privilege of bail by this Court.

Considering the aforesaid submission as well as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2414 of 2016 (2) dt.27-01-2016 nature of allegation made against the petitioner, petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge II, Munger in connection with Sessions Trial No. 194 of 2015 arising out of Kashim Bazar P.S.
