The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 01-07-2017 in Kotwali P.S. Case No. 310 of 2017 registered for offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.
It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on false accusation of recovery of stolen mobile phone, the petitioner was arrested and he is languishing in jail since long. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, let the petitioner namely Raju be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri A.K.
