2. Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that his case is squarely covered by the order dated 02.09.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 10053 of 2013 in which it was directed that in case any fresh panel is prepared and the writ petitioners still have the age lef afer the grant of relaxation, their names shall be included in the panel for Gaya Collectorate and their cases shall be considered in accordance with law afer taking into account their seniority.

3. If this is so, the petitioners also are required to be given the same liberty.

4. The petitioner, therefore, would make a detailed representation before the District Magistrate-cumChairman, District Selection Committee, Gaya within a period of two weeks, who shall verify the facts, the entitlement of the petitioner and the similarity of his case with that of the petitioners in C.W.J.C. No. 10053 of 2013 and in other cases about which reference has been made in the aforesaid order and shall only then pass orders in accordance with law. The petitioner shall be made known his fate within a period of six weeks of the receipt of such representation.

5. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
