The petitioner seeks bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No.14 of 2021 arising out of Chhatauni P. S. Case No.42 of 2021, instituted for the offences under Sections 8/20(b)(ii)(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act and Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 10.02.2021, he is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.

Allegation is of recovery of 1.200 kg. of charas and a mobile from the petitioner.

Considering the allegation of recovery of commercial

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
