One country made pistol and four live cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 8.9.2015. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa P.S.Case No. 746 of 2015.
