Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Samastipur Mufassil PS Case No.75 of 2018, registered under Sections 354(A), 354(C), 354(D) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 12 of the POCSO Act. Allegation in brief is that the petitioner used to tease and outrage the modesty of the prosecutrix for last one month and one day he was apprehended by the father and was also assaulted by the petitioner and in the process sustained some injury.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is said-to-be attempt of outraging the modesty and the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24508 of 2018(2) dt.25-04-2018 2/2 has been in custody since 10.02.2018 having no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Vikash Kumar @ Akash Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Samastipur in connection with Samastipur Mufassil PS Case No.75 of 2018.
