2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. 3564 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from the bank of Bagmati river. As per paragraph - 3, petitioner is accused in two more cases of similar nature.

4. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the huge quantity of recovery and criminal antecedent of similar nature, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
