Taking into consideration that there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he opened fire of rifle causing firearm injury to the deceased and furthermore, petitioner carries criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 159 of 2015 pending in the court of Sri N.P. Singh, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran stands rejected.
