====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 27-10-2021 Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Aungari P. S. Case No.19 of 2021, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 324, 379, 504, 506/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from bare perusal of the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R., it would manifest that the allegation of assault is against Pramod Prasad, who assaulted the father of the informant by garasa inflicting injury on his person, whereas nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner is a lady aged about 50 years and she does not

The learned A.P.P. vehemently opposes the anticipatory bail, but on query of the Court as to whether no specific allegation of assault against her to which learned A.P.P. fairly concedes.

Regard being had to the facts afore-stated, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1st, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Aungari P. S. Case No.19 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
