The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9014 of 2016 (2) dt.25-02-2016 2/3 Sections 147, 148, 420, 467, 468, 471, 448, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioners came variously armed into the land of the informant in order to take possession. On protest being made by the informant petitioner Raghubar Saran Singh threatened and claimed to have purchased the land. It is further alleged that the accused persons assaulted the informant with fists and slaps and cut maize crops causing loss of Rs.500/-.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in the background of land dispute the accusation has been levelled. Subsequently the informant has retracted from the initial version and filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below.

A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist
