Petitioners have filed this petition for initiation of a contempt proceeding against the Director of Consolidation, Bihar, Patna and others for disobeying and discarding the order dated 12.01.2016 passed in CWJC No.19239 of 2015. This Court by order dated 12.01.2016 directed the Director of Consolidation, Bihar, Patna to decide the revision petition filed
Patna High Court MJC No.1536 of 2017(7) dt.20-02-2020 2/2 by respondent nos.3 to 5 (opposite parties) afresh on merit in accordance with law after hearing both sides. The opposite parties annexed the order showing that Consolidation Revision Case No.273 of 2012 has already been disposed of by order dated 20.06.2019.
Having considered the facts, I find that no case is made out for initiation of a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties, since the order has already been complied. Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Harish/- U
