JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-11-2016 Heard Mr. Bimlesh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Indradeo Prasad, learned SC-27 and Mr.Shakti Kumar, learned counsel for respondent no.9. Learned counsel for the petitioner, in the changed circumstances, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application provided the respondent authority decides the issue in the light of order dated 29.01.2011 of the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, West Champaran, Bettiah.

Though, since contrary to the purport of the order dated 24.01.2011, passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, West Champaran, Bettiah, the respondent authorities appointed respondent no.9 as Panchayat teacher in Dhankutwa Gram Panchayat but now even it is admitted by the learned counsel for respondent no.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8312 of 2011 (7) dt.15-11-2016 2/2 respondent no.9 has been cancelled but the representations of the petitioner for deciding the issue in view of order dated 24.01.2011 of the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority are still pending.

The application is permitted to be withdrawn. Accordingly, with the liberty above-mentioned, the writ application is disposed of.

It is expected that respondent nos. 5 to 8 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months.
