The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Khirimore PS case no. 72 of 2014, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 302, 504 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though six witnesses have been examined by the prosecution in the on-going trial but all of them have turned hostile, hence, the complicity of the petitioner is doubtful in the alleged occurrence and moreover, in all likelihood, the petitioner would be acquitted, nonetheless, he submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to renew his prayer for grant of bail, after lapse of six months from today, in case the trial does not
