Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. At the very outset, it is pointed out on behalf of the petitioner that co-accused, Rakesh Paswan @ Mithlesh Jee has already been granted privilege of bail by this court vide Cr. Misc. No. 53964 of 2015 and the case of the petitioner is on similar footing.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
