The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under Sections 147, 323, 324, 307, 354, 354(B), 447, 448, 504 of I.P.C.

The accusation is that the accused persons sprinkled kerosene oil and set fire, resulting the informant's cloth damage. The villagers informed the police and they brought her to Hospital.

No.48286 of 2019(3) dt.16-11-2019 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. There is no injury report on record to show that the victim was injured in any manner as to when the victim claims to have been taken to the Hospital. General and omnibus allegation has been made. No specific overt act is alleged against the petitioners. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Shikarpur P.S. case No.455 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
