The statement of victim has been recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which she stated that she had eloped with the petitioner but when the friend of the petitioner gave some information, she returned back to her home.

No doubt, the victim was minor at the time of alleged occurrence but considering her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Madhubani in connection with
