Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present case relating to dismissal of the petitioners is absolutely identical to that of C.W.J.C. No. 9756 of 2017, whereby, this Court has passed order for quashing the order dated 18.3.2017 passed by the District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari. Both the parties have agreed that both the cases are on similar footing and there is no difference of fact and the jdugment passed in the aforesaid writ application, C.W.J.C. No.
5/5 9756 of 2017 will equally application to the present case. In view of the concession given by the learned counsel for the State, the present writ application is also disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 18.04.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 9756 of 2017 (Naushad Alam & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.).
If the authorities concerned would find that the present case is entirely identical to the case of Naushad Alam (supra), the same relief will also be granted to the present petitioners.
With the aforementioned observation, this writ application is disposed of.
