JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20 and 22 of N.D.P.S. Act. Again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail on the grounds mentioned by me in my previous order dated 22.05.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13673 of 2015 and accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Special Case No. 40 of 2014 arising out of G.R.P. Patna P.S. Case No. 204 of 2014 pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Patna stands rejected.

However, learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial of the petitioner as early as possible, preferably within

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57316 of 2015 (3) dt.09-03-2016 2/2 seven months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, failing which the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the learned court below itself.
