For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Vijay Kumar Sinha For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. S.N.Shukla (App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2.
23-02-2016 Heard Sri Vijay Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.N.Shukla, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 653 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 302 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated, since animosity in between the parties was going on since long. Many other grounds have also been taken for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail, whereas, on perusal of F.I.R., the Court is satisfied that it is not a case of anticipatory bail.
The petition stands dismissed.
