Petitioner seeks bail in Supaul P.S.Case No. 385 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 504, 498A, 428, 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per F.I.R, all the accused persons assaulted the deceased and during course of treatment she died on 24.05.2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased and is living separately and has no concern with the husband of the deceased since long. Husband of the deceased has been already in custody. After investigation police has submitted charge sheet

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60329 of 2021(2) dt.10-02-2022 2/2 under section 306/34 of the I.P.C. Petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 385 of 2021.
