2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 20.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc No. 32071 of 2022 to the extent that one of the condition of bail as mentioned in paragraph 5 may be exempted.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner will deposit Rs. 50,000/- in a charitable organization.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission, this application is allowed and the order dated 20.08.2022 is modified to the extent that:- "(I) The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Karaya Police Station on the first Sunday of each

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65439 of 2023(3) dt.01-12-2023 2/2 month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner. (ii) The petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the Court and on absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, the bail bond shall be cancelled by the Court below.

(iii) The Petitioner will deposit Rs. 50,000/- in Ramakrishna Math, Bhatta Bazar, Purnia, Bihar."

5. Any violation of the order will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is allowed.

7. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the D.G.P., West Bengal through FAX and e-Mail for its compliance forthwith.
