JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 21-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual Court proceedings. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charges have been framed but after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application. Permission is accorded with a liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail if the trial is not completed within a period of nine months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and in the event, if it is found that the it was the petitioner who was delaying the trial, the consideration for renewing his prayer for bail may not be entertained. Accordingly, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
