2. Learned counsel for the opposite parties is handing over the cheque for a sum of Rs. 87,100/- (Rupees Eighty Seven Thousand One Hundred) towards interest on arrears of pay to the petitioner. In the light of these development, present MJC stands dropped.

3. If the petitioner has any other grievance insofar as disputed payment of arrears of salary, he is permitted to submit
