ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 24.02.2018 in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 53 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 417 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only because of the fact that the biometric of the petitioner has not matched with the thumb impression, which was taken from him at the time of physical test, the petitioner has been taken into custody. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that similarly situated co-accused person, namely Amit Kumar, has since been extended the privilege of bail by this Court vide order

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29940 of 2018 (2) dt.18-05-2018 dated 19.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21955 of 2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., IIV, Patna in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 53 of 2018.
