JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 16-12-2015 Today, Principal Additional Advocate General, Bihar, Patna has come in rescue of District Magistrate as well as Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur at Ara and fairly concedes that there happens to be some sort of slackness on their part and for that tendered an unconditional apology. In the same breath, it has also been submitted that the order of the Court has already been complied with by way of producing and examining all the prosecution witnesses.
The copies of the report submitted by the Chief Secretary as well as Director General of Police, Bihar, Patna have been submitted at their end and further, it has been submitted that the aforesaid reports have already been received at the end of the office.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22808 of 2015 (9) dt.16-12-2015 Now, the ball, on account of examination of all the witnesses, has gone to the Court of accused and in case there happens to be active co-operation at his end, the learned lower court will dispose of the trial as early as possible within two months, proceeding on day-to-day basis.
Let a copy of this order be forwarded to the learned lower court.
With the aforesaid liberty, I do not see any cogent reason for re-consideration and, accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
