2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the merit list of Panchayat Teachers prepared in the year 2006 at Panchayat Dauram at Block - Gaura Bauram, District Darbhanga.

3. The petitioner has filed a supplementary affidavit enclosing the order dated 15.09.2023 passed by the District Appellate Authority, Darbhanga in Case No. 19/2016, whereby the case filed by the petitioner before the District Appellate Authority, Darbhanga challenging the merit list of Panchayat Teachers prepared in the year 2006 at Panchayat Dauram at Block - Gaura Bauram, District Darbhanga has been dismissed.

In view of the above, since the case filed by the petitioner before the District Appellate Authority, Darbhanga raising the same issue that has been raised in the writ petition has been dismissed, this writ petition shall stand disposed of with a liberty granted to the petitioner to file an appeal before
