Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Dandari PS Case No.8 of 2018, registered under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the petitioner is alleged to have established sexual relationship with his sister-in-law (Bhabhi), a widow lady, on the pretext of getting married with her.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prosecutrix lodged the case as she and her parents were putting pressure to the petitioner, brother of the husband of the prosecutrix, to marry with her after the death of the husband of the prosecutrix and after denial, the present case was lodged.

No.26388 of 2018(2) dt.03-05-2018 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Bipin Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Dandari PS Case No.8 of 2018.
