JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report on the accusation that when informant went to deliver certain goods to him, the petitioner attempted to put intoxicated liquid on his mouth with intent to make him unconscious.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some dispute took place between the petitioner and informant on account of delivery of items and after that the informant lodged this false case against the petitioner Petitioner is in jail custody since 22.9.2015 and he does not have any criminal antecedent.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.152 of 2016 (2) dt.05-01-2016 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Manoj Kumar V, Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Patna in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No.356 of 2015.
