JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-05-2018 Heard Sri Pramod Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 14.03.2018 in Nawada P.S. Case No.148 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273,34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act,2016, has prayed for grant of bail purely on the ground of parity as well as on the ground that the petitioner's name has come in the confessional statement of co-accused.

It has been argued that the accused, who confessed and named the petitioner, namely, Subodh Kumar has already been granted bail by order dated 01.05. 2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.24712 of 2018.

Considering the fact that the co-accused, on whose

Accordingly, let the petitioner, namely, Karu Singh be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
