JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 125 ATM Cards are said to have been recovered from Scorpio which was being driven by the petitioner at the time of seizure. The investigation of this case has already been completed but it appears from perusal of the impugned order that I.O did not take pain to examine those persons in whose names the seized ATM Cards had been issued.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur
