The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. 1527(C)/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The gist of the allegation is that complainant gave a loan of Rs. 13,00,000/- to the petitioner, but the petitioner refused to pay the amount to him.

It is submitted that the matter was referred to mediation centre in which the dispute has been resolved. Mediators reported that the dispute between the complainant and the petitioner has already been resolved.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10480 of 2016 (3) dt.21-07-2016 2/2 Learned counsel for the complainant and the State did not dispute this fact.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 1527(C)/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
