2. Petitioners apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148 , 149, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(I-b)A, 26, 37 of Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence , these petitioners riding on three motorcycles came at the door of the informant and made indiscriminate firing. One of the co-accused was apprehended by the villagers

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52480 of 2023(3) dt.31-08-2023 2/2 and one pistol and cartridges were recovered.

4. It is submitted that though there is allegation of indiscriminate firing but no one sustained any fire arm injuries. Case and counter case .

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

6. Considering the specific allegation of firing and criminal antecedents of these petitioners, prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioners is rejected.
